Employees of Rubin Design Bureau received state decorations by the Russian Federation Presidential Executive Order dated 20 Dec 2024 for an invaluable contribution to the development and production of new types of special equipment. Engineers of the Design Bureau, an affiliate of the United Shipbuilding Corporation, are honoured with the Order of Naval Merit, first-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland and second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland. An honorary title 'Honoured Worker of Machine Building Industry of the Russian Federation' was conferred on one of the specialists.

Rubin Director General Igor Vilnit congratulated the awardees and stated the following: "All staff of the Design Bureau is outcome-oriented, our production achievements are team merits. But there are always people who specifically have distinguished themselves in the assimilation of innovative technologies." He emphasized their high professionalism and commitment to the implementation of assigned tasks.
