Enables all-year-round drilling of exploration and production wells with conventional depth up to 8 km; for this purpose, the platform is fitted with a 9th Class drilling rig, and its endurance with the main process inventories considered is at least 90 days. The platform hull and the mooring arrangement ensure that the platform would be fixed in harsh ice conditions, and also could be disconnected and towed away under the threat of extreme ice loads.
